"Good value, even if I got a little nervous after paying"
I was happy with what I got for the price. The balloons looked great and the pricing felt fair. I’ll admit, after I paid I had that little moment of doubt like, “Hope this actually shows up and isn’t a hassle,” but everything turned out fine. I’d use balloonfiesta.com again.

"Really frustrating event setup"
I spent most of the day stuck in lines, and the staff seemed confused about where people were supposed to go

"Tickets were fine, but be prepared for slow entry"
Just a heads up for anyone going: the tickets worked fine and we got in without any real issue, but the entry process was slower than expected. Nothing terrible, just give yourself extra time so you’re not stuck waiting or rushing

"Weather updates showed up way too late"
I barely had any idea whether flights were getting cancelled or not — the weather updates came in so late that it felt useless by the time I saw them.

"Fun event, but I kind of regret the parking situation"
The event itself was actually really nice, but the parking made me question whether prepaying was even worth it. We still got bounced around to a few different lots before finally figuring out where the shuttle was. The shuttle drivers were super friendly, so no complaints there, but after the glow there just weren’t enough buses and the line dragged on forever. I’m glad we went, but I left feeling a little like I should’ve planned differently. Better signs would make a huge difference.

"To be fair, there were some good food..."
To be fair, there were some good food options to choose from, and a few vendors were solid. That said, others felt a bit overpriced for what you got. Overall, it was okay, just kind of mixed depending on where you ordered from.

"Fun overall, if I ignore the crowds"
I had a good time at the event overall. I’m choosing to mostly remember the fun parts, because the lines and crowd flow were a bit messy at times. It got a little frustrating here and there, but the event itself was still enjoyable.
